Services described in this website, are available under these use terms:

Reservation request

Room and related services reservation is considered valid per 24 h.

In this time our office should receive via mail or via fax a confirm of reservation, followed by payment of concerted advance. If after 24 hours our office doesn’t receive any confirmation or payment, request will be considered non valid.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of your request after sending the advance:

-   until 21 days before arrival date, 50% of advance will be deterred.

-   therein 21 days before arrival, 100% of advance will be deterred.
